Rallies Across Canada Support ASL

The Canadian Association of the Deaf – Association des Sourds du Canada helped to coordinate rallies in major cities across Canada during International Deaf Awareness Week (September 23-29). Hundreds of Deaf people and their non-Deaf friends marched on government buildings in Vancouver, Edmonton, Regina, Winnipeg, Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal, Halifax, Fredericton, and St. John’s!
